"The political leadership of FLEC-FAC invites Ambassador Tulinabo Mushingi to travel to Cabinda and visit FLEC-FAC bases in Cabinda in order to have an accurate perception of the political-military situation in Cabinda," the statement said.
According to the statement, during Tulinabo Mushingi's trip to Cabinda, "FLEC-FAC will observe a ceasefire to ensure the safety of the ambassador of the United States of America and his delegation.
