The flight, in partnership with Kitanda Travel agency, will take place on a Hi Fly airline aircraft, the company said in a statement.
This will be the fourth operation of ACROSS, which has so far transported 698 Portuguese and passengers of other nationalities, from Luanda, according to the company's general manager, Reno Maurício.
The flight will be on an Airbus A339 Neo with capacity for 371 passengers, 353 of which in economy class and 18 in business class.
Angola closed its air, sea and land borders on 20 March as a way to contain the spread of the covid-19 pandemic, and declared a state of emergency on 27 March for 15 days, which was extended to a second phase for the same period.
The country currently has 19 positive cases of infection with the new coronavirus, of which two have resulted in death, five have already recovered and 12 remain active.
