According to a note made available on Facebook by the Press Center of the Presidency of the Republic of Angola (CIPRA), at the end of the meeting, Ahemed Kattan made it known that he discussed with João Lourenço "issues related to the strengthening of bilateral relations in the most varied domains".
Among the issues addressed is the opening of a Saudi Arabian embassy in Angola.

Téte António, Minister of Foreign Affairs - who was also present at the meeting - said that Angola applauded Saudi Arabia's decision to open an embassy in Angola, showing reciprocity, since in 2021 Angola opened its embassy in Saudi Arabia, writes Angop.
Saudi businessmen scrutinize opportunities in the ZEE
Also on Tuesday, businesspeople from Saudi Arabia visited the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone (ZEE) to investigate business opportunities in the fields of agro-industry, polymers, steel and dolomitic limestone.
Headed by the president of the Astra group, Ali Musa Al Jabra, the Saudi delegation got to know the conditions that that infrastructure offers for the implementation of projects.
Cited by Angop, Ali Musa Al Jabra said that the delegation is in Angola to establish contacts: "Our group is formed by several sectors, from education, industry, agriculture and civil construction. Therefore, we are in Angola and very happy, with what we're seeing".
