Dubai Investments implements industrial park with 47 factories in Bengo

The project, signed by the investment fund, is located in the Ximutu area, Dande municipality, Bengo province, and promises to generate around two hundred jobs, both direct and indirect.

The new agro-industrial park will have a capacity for 47 manufacturing units, covering an area of ​​2,000 hectares.

Although there is still no date for the start of the works, the representative of Dubai Investments, Danilson Pedro, reported that the preparation work in the area - including the "resettlement" of the populations within the perimeter - began about 20 days ago. , running "at a good pace".

In this way, 100 hectares are also being prepared, divided into 940 lots, which will initially accommodate more than 500 families in T3 residences. Social services such as schools, a medical center and access to water and electricity will also be created at the site.

A part of the area's population will be employed in the new industrial units. This is the case of Fernando Vieira, one of the young people in the neighborhood who got his first job. The resident told Angop that he was satisfied because the project will help improve the lives of the inhabitants.

Another of the residents, Your Honor, expressed his satisfaction with the development of the province, appealing for the understanding of "neighbors" who were more reticent about its implementation.
