According to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Directorate of Public Health, the new cases were reported in Luanda (14), Cabinda (2) and Huila (1), aged between 13 and 78 years, of which eight are male and nine female.
The death reported in the last 24 hours was registered in Luanda and concerns a 59-year-old Angolan.
Nine people aged between 21 and 61 were also considered recovered from the disease.
Laboratories processed 536 samples by RT-PCR, for a cumulative 420,105 samples processed with a positivity rate of 5.2 percent.
The total number of cases in Angola is 21,774, of which 531 have died, 20,099 are reported recovered, and 1144 are active.
The disease is transmitted by a new coronavirus detected in late 2019 in Wuhan, a city in central China.
