Infections were reported in Luanda (31), Huambo (2), Huíla (2), Bié (1), Benguela (1), Cabinda (1) and Cuando Cubango (1), aged between 7 months and 73 years, of which 21 were male and 18 female.
In the same period, a death was reported in Luanda, a 62-year-old Angolan, while another 23 people, aged between 5 and 70 years, recovered from the disease.
The laboratories processed 1084 samples by RT-PCR, totaling 413,033 samples.
Angola has 21,446 cases, of which 522 deaths, 19,971 have recovered from the disease, and 953 are active (including four in critical condition and 13 serious).
