BNI provides facilities in Luanda to welcome patients

Banco de Negócios Internacional has provided, in Luanda, its own facilities for the isolation of patients and eventual cases of coronavirus treatment in the country.

The decision was taken by the bank's management at the beginning of the week, after which it was communicated to the Ministry of Health, advances a statement sent to VerAngola. It was later made public by Minister Sílvia Lutucuta during one of the usual press conferences where she discussed the state of the pandemic in Angola.

BNI officials say they intend to "contribute so that the country can control the progression of the disease among Angolans, and thereby minimize its social and economic effects".

In the statement, the bank also said that it will remain attentive to the situation in the country, analyzing other ways of supporting communities.

With regard to its area of activity, BNI advises the preferential use of digital channels and the Contact Center service. For customers who cannot use these means, it will be possible to go to the counters.
