"The allocation for local authorities is foreseen. We call the creation of municipal infrastructures, which can be physical means, can be soft means, there are means that are infrastructures, there are conditions that are immaterial", the minister began by saying, quoted by Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
Vera Daves also explained that it will be up to the entity responsible for implementation to say how "it wants to manage these funds".
"So it will depend a little on the entity that is responsible for implementation telling us how they want to manage these funds, they are placed at their disposal", she said, quoted by RNA.
The finance minister, quoted by RNA, also reiterated that "the amount is there, it is budgeted and can be managed according to the needs of the budgetary unit that is conducting the process".
