"I'm going to make a deposit and come back here again to receive the letter", said the 28-year-old, after being registered.
Two minutes after arriving with proof of payment, Félix Dala received his driver's license, reveals the Public Television of Angola (TPA).
"Here it didn't take long, the delay was in the deposit there at the bank that I found a small flood", he said, in statements to TPA.
Another user, Janilson Escórcio, also in statements to TPA revealed that he received the letter on the same day he made the payment.
The speed in issuing driving licenses is welcomed by users of the province, who previously had to wait a long time to receive the document.
Speaking to TPA, the chief superintendent José Neto, head of the provincial department of traffic and road safety of Cuanza Norte, revealed that the Internet failures, which caused constraints in the issuance of this document, have already been overcome: "We have material, we have the Internet in day, we proved it here and we think that at any time you can contact us as we have all the conditions created for the documents to be printed in the shortest possible time".
The official also said that users, in order to request the document, need to present a copy of their Identity Card, a medical certificate and a copy of the certificate of qualifications. To renew the license, it is only required the presentation of a medical certificate and a copy of the Identity Card.
