Speaking at the end of a meeting with Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, president of the National Assembly, the Russian ambassador considered that young people who graduated abroad have some difficulties in finding work in the country, stressing that the factory aims to help reduce this problem.

But for the beginning of the works until the inauguration, people will be chosen to manage the project, of which Angolans who will receive training in that European country.

He also took the opportunity to recall that Russia has already awarded 135 scholarships on its own, and the factory could finance the study of other young people, writes Jornal de Angola.

"These people, after completing their training in Russia, will be able to return and enter the factory as engineers, technicians and staff who add training in this area", he informed, adding that his country "has done a lot and continues to do in the training of staff ", and they intend to "proceed with this purpose".

At the meeting, the development of tourism in Angola was also discussed. The diplomat also informed that the audience also served to establish contacts with the intention of the president of the Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Valentina Matvienko, to visit Angola.
