According to the bulletin, of the 29 new infections, nine were registered in the province of Cuanza Norte, eight in Luanda, five in Cabinda, three in Huíla, two in Benguela, one in Huambo and one in Zaire.
The new cases concern patients aged between two and 75 years, 22 males and seven females.
In the same period, no deaths were recorded.
71 recoveries were also reported, of which 24 in Lunda Norte, 15 in Cunene, 15 in Huambo, 13 in Luanda, three in Moxico and one in Bié.
The labs processed 2357 samples by RT-PCR with a daily positivity rate of 1.2 percent.
With the most recent data, the country has a total of 98,453 cases, of which 417 are active, 1,896 have died and 96,140 have recovered.
