In a strike declaration, the installation commission of the Judicial Employees Union of the Supreme Court says that the strike had been suspended due to the promise that, in January of this year, "the much-desired wage parity" would be carried out, with the other workers of higher courts.

The document underlines that the stoppage period may be extended or adjusted, with other dates already advanced, namely 18 to 29 April, 16 to 27 May, 13 to 24 June and 18 to 29 July, depending on the results of the negotiations. , if they take place.

The strike, which will take place under the motto "Without judicial employees, judges do not work" and "Justice is not done in injustice", in addition to salary improvements, the aim is to demand the safety and maintenance of equipment and facilities, as appropriate, during the strike period.

A list with 105 signatures identifies the employees who participated in the general assembly of workers and expressed their full support for the strike.
