The diploma, consulted by Lusa, refers to the need to authorize an additional credit in the General State Budget for the 2022 financial year to meet the development and investment expenses of the budget unit of the Ministry of National Defense and Veterans of the Homeland.
This credit "must be made available in a phased manner depending on payment needs with guaranteed financing".
The Ministry of National Defense and Homeland Veterans is the government body that represents the largest expenditure, with a budget allocation for 2022 of 848 billion kwanzas, of which 758 billion are for current expenses, almost half of which (46 percent) are related to to personnel expenses.
