According to the person responsible, calls to the telephone line of the General Inspectorate of the State Administration (IGAE) increased considerably. Sebastião Domingos Gunza said that previously the IGAE had received 20 complaints and now it has received 2000 calls per day.
The inspector general also said, quoted by Jornal de Angola, that most of the calls are linked to small cases of corruption, such as the existence of irregularities in the Public Administration services.
"The increase in the number of complaints by our 'call centre' has allowed us to prevent acts from being committed in a timely and timely manner," he said.
