Pedro Bondo, 20, arrives in Minho from Petro de Luanda, after representing Sporting's B team last season.
“I am completing another step up in my career. All Angolan players dream of being at the top of football and I feel I am taking an important step in that direction”, said the defender, in statements to the club's communication channels.
The player admitted that before moving to Famalicão he spoke with Ricardo Chéu, the coach of the team that is in 11th place in the I Liga, with 20 points.
“He told me that it is a great club, that it is growing rapidly and that it would be great for the development of my qualities”, he added.
