In this, his first mission outside the capital in 2025, the head of state will travel to Huambo in the middle of the afternoon this Wednesday, and in the evening he will be at the Manuel Rui Monteiro Cultural Center to "attend the gala that will mark the highest celebration of the 8th of January, National Culture Day".
At the Manuel Rui Monteiro Cultural Center there will be an "eclectic demonstration of cultural disciplines, ranging from mastery of musical instruments to vocal performances by prestigious artists, as well as performances by comedians and much more", revealed Luís Fernando.
This event, he added, will mark the beginning of "the long marathon that these 12 months will be of inaugurations, tributes, decorations, pardons, and everything else, which is included in the program prepared by the interministerial commission for the commemorative actions alluding to the 50th anniversary of national independence".
