The information was provided by Augusto Tiago, municipal administrator of Nzeto, who also mentioned that, within the scope of the visit, a twinning agreement is planned to be signed between both parties, in the sectors of the naval industry, professional training, sport, health, fishing and hotels and tourism, writes Angop.

"A possible twinning agreement between the two coastal locations will catapult the growth of our town in different areas", he indicated.

According to Angop, the agenda of the Portuguese delegation – led by Álvaro Araújo, president of the Municipal Chamber of Vila Real de Santo António – includes visits to some infrastructures in Nzeto, such as the Girassol farm, the Foz do Rio Mbrige, the beach of Baía da Musserra, among others, as well as meetings between both delegations.
