Emirates resumes flights between Angola and Dubai this Thursday

Emirates will resume passenger services between Angola and Dubai from this Thursday, with the first flight taking off this morning at 9:25 am (Dubai time). Emirates will operate four weekly flights on this connection between Dubai and the Angolan capital.

Emirates flight EK794 departs Luanda at 18:15, arriving in Dubai at 04:40 the next day. The EK793 departs Dubai at 9:25 am, arriving in Luanda at 2:25 pm.

In a statement sent to VerAngola, the company warns that passengers traveling to Dubai on direct flights or who are in transit through Dubai are required to present a PCR test certificate to covid-19 with a negative result, accompanied by a QR code. of an approved application.

The test must be done 72 hours before departure and passengers must be aware of the requirements regarding covid-19 at the final destination. Passengers with final destination in Dubai will undergo an additional PCR test and will remain in quarantine until they receive the test results. Children under 12 are exempt from this type of procedure.

Emirates says that it prioritizes the health, safety and well-being of passengers, so it has introduced a comprehensive set of measures at every stage of the customer journey and expanded its digital verification capabilities to provide even more opportunities to use the IATA Travel Pass, which can now be used at 50 airports served by Emirates.
