FAF summons Kabuscorp and Sagrada Esperança to pay debts for breach of contract

The Angolan Football Federation has summoned the Kabuscorp do Palanca club to pay, within 60 days, a debt of 15.5 million kwanzas to the athlete Bráulio Dinis ‘Nary’, for breach of contract.

:

In a statement, the FAF said that the sanction was applied after the club, under the aegis of businessman and politician Bento Kangamba, refused to respond to the notification sent on 11 October 2021.

Nary wore the Kabuscorp shirt in 2012 and scored 11 goals in 21 games played.

In 2019, Kabuscorp do Palanca was demoted to the third division of Angolan football, after failing to pay the debt to Brazilian international Rivaldo, in addition to Congolese Trèsor Mputu.

The club still has debts to settle with former players and coaches, such as Romeu Filemón and Portuguese Paulo Torres.

In the same statement, the Angolan Football Federation ordered Sagrada Esperança to pay, also for breach of contract, a debt to its former athlete Isaías Agostinho, valued at 1.226 million kwanzas, after representing the club in 2016 and 2017.
