Portuguese cooperation supports six projects in the Health and Education sectors

Within the scope of the Small Projects Fund competition, the Portuguese Center for Cooperation in Angola – by many known as 'Campons' – selected six proposals that it believes will contribute to minimizing needs in the social domain, in particular sectors in the Health and Education .

:

76 proposals were received from all over the country, and the six selected candidates have interventions planned in Huambo, Luanda and Moxico, says the institution in a statement sent to VerAngola.

It is recalled that the contest took place in October 2021, and the selected initiatives refer both to support for projects already underway - with a view to strengthening a certain component that has an impact on the overall project - as well as to the constitution of new projects.

Among the selected applications are proposals focused essentially on the Health and Education sectors, with some interventions transversal to both sectors. The maximum amount of co-financing for each selected project is six million kwanzas.
