The public works contract, within the scope of the opening of the simplified contracting procedure, based on material criteria, will be signed with the Chinese company Hengjian, with the aim of converting said market into a Hospital for Medical Specialties.

João Lourenço, in presidential order No. 1/22 of January 5, published in Diário da República and consulted this Friday by Lusa, also authorizes the opening of a contract for the acquisition of inspection services for this project with the company Daans Engenheira worth 113.4 million kwanzas.

According to the order, the practice of all decision-making and tutelary approval acts within the scope of the referred procedure, including the signing and signing of the corresponding contracts, will be the responsibility of the governor of Cabinda, Marcos Alexandre Nhunga.

The Ministry of Finance "must ensure the financial resources necessary for the proper execution of the contracts".

In another presidential decree, João Lourenço authorizes an additional additional credit of 9.5 billion kwanzas to cover expenses related to the contract signed with the company Multisoma, with a view to the technological modernization of the General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE).

The credit "must be granted depending on the availability of cash", adds the diploma.
