Present in almost 160 countries with more than 10,000 points of sale, Peugeot now adds Angola to its list of international presence.
Known for "stimulating driving, elegant design and uncompromising quality", the lion brand has been reinforcing its arguments, with an increasingly irreverent design and a growing concern for the customer experience, says a statement sent to VerAngola.
The French brand, which celebrates its 210th anniversary this year, will be represented in the national market by Caetano, a company of the Salvador Caetano Group, which will replace the until then Drive Angola, present in the country since May 2012.
The introduction of Peugeot to Angola will be made with three models: the SUV 3008 and 5008, and the Peugeot Pick-up. The main highlights of the range include the brand's new style codes and the latest driving support technologies.
These are the novelties of the brand but, for the future, "an expansion of the range of SUVs and pick-ups" is foreseen, the statement said.
The brand also states that the commercialization of these models has already started, taking place at Caetano's showroom, in Luanda.
