The Angolans will dispute the clearance with Japan, which is in third place in group C with a point, after losing against Qatar and drawing against Croatia.
The match will take place this Tuesday at the Borg El Arab pavilion in the city of Cairo, at 4:30pm local time (one hour less in Angola).
The Angolans still have a chance to reach the second phase of the competition, but the scenario is complicated: only victory will give passage to Angola, which has not yet scored.
For the Japanese national team a draw is enough, since they occupy the third place with one point. If the game ends in a draw, Japan will add another point and will remain in third place in the group, eliminating Angola from the competition.
Qatar and Croatia - who also belong to the same group - will still face each other, but these two teams are already determined for the next phase: Qatar leads the group with four points, followed by Croatia with three points.
The country, in its last presence in the World Cup in 2019, was in 23rd place among 24 participants.
