The money will be used to advance a procurement procedure simplified by material criteria.
The decision to carry out this type of procedure was justified by "compelling reasons of urgency resulting from unforeseeable events for which the Ministerial Department of Culture is not responsible and which, as a result, make it impossible to comply with the deadlines or formalities laid down for the use of another public procurement procedure", can be read in the Presidential Decree.
The approval given by the President of the Republic comes under the National Development Programme 2018-2022.
