The first act will take place this Friday, in the province of Icolo and Bengo, in Catete. It is foreseen the concentration of delegations at the logistics base of the Ministry of Administration of the Territory, on the 25 Bridge, followed by the match for Icolo and Bengo.
The reception to the Minister of Administration of the Territory, Dionísio Manuel da Fonseca, will then occur with the presence of the provincial governor of Luanda and other local authorities.
The second ceremony will take place at Cuando Cubango, on December 28, in Menongue and Mavinga, starting at 10h00, followed by a similar program, adapted to local realities.
The third ceremony will be at Moxico-Leste on December 30, starting at 10:00 am. The institutionalization ceremony will begin at 1:15 pm with the unveiling of the plaque that symbolizes the creation of the new province, the raising of the national flag to the sound of the hymn and a cultural moment. There will also be a guided tour of the provincial government facilities.
The program includes, at 1:45 pm, the reading and signing of the Folder Passage Term, the delivery of the Province Organic Statute, the Symbolic Key and a copy of the Constitution to the New Provincial Governor of Icolo and Bengo, Auzílio de Oliveira Martins Jacob.
During this moment, there will be interventions by the governor of Luanda, Luís Manuel da Fonseca Nunes, the new governor of Icolo and Bengo, and the Minister of Administration of the Territory.
The act will culminate with a family photo, a lunch at 2:55 pm, and the minister's return and his delegation to Luanda at 4:30 pm.
