Crispiniano Vivaldino Evaristo dos Santos is 39 years old and has already held several important positions within the party that governs the country, such as having been the national secretary of the JMPLA (the youth wing of the MPLA).
His political resume also includes the executive secretary of the Provincial Youth Commission and the first secretary of the JMPLA in Cunene, and he is currently a member of the MPLA parliamentary group.
Born on 29 March 1985, in the municipality of Ombadja, in Cunene, Crispiniano dos Santos has a degree in Educational Sciences and is a teacher.
