Thus, according to a statement from parliament, to which VerAngola had access, the 4th Extraordinary Plenary Meeting of the National Assembly will be held on 12 December, "which will include as the only item on the agenda the final global vote on the proposed State Budget law for the 2025 financial year".

According to Manuel Dembo, first secretary of the National Assembly, after the document was approved, in general terms, on 15 November, with 112 votes in favour, 63 against and three abstentions, the specialised working committees met "with the social partners and with the assistants of the Head of the Executive Branch, to make the necessary adjustments to the aforementioned budget proposal".

The OGE proposal for next year is valued at "34.63 billion kwanzas and presents as its main driving forces a real GDP growth of 4.14 percent, to be driven by the growth of the non-oil sector, which is expected to grow by 5.1 percent".
