The project - already published in a presidential order - includes the construction of water distribution networks and respective household connections and fountains, as well as the installation of support for some lots located in Sequele.
The President of the Republic authorized the expenditure and formalization of the opening of the Simplified Contracting Procedure, based on material criteria, for the conclusion of contracts with the consortium constituted by the companies Casais and Opaia Europa, to provide technical coordination and management services for the construction contract. , and with the consortium made up of the companies Dar Angola and Dar Al-Handasah Consultants.
Supervision of the project, worth 13 million dollars, is the responsibility of the consortium made up of the companies REPA - Management and Engineering, MBAN - Technologies and Service Provision and AMBIGEST - Management, Engineering and Environment.
The Executive will invest more than eight million dollars in providing technical coordination and management services for the project.
The Minister of Energy and Water is delegated powers to carry out decision-making and supervisory approval acts, as well as to verify the validity and legality of all acts carried out within the scope of the procedure, including the conclusion and signing of contracts.
In turn, the Ministry of Finance is authorized to register projects in the General State Budget and ensure the availability of financial resources for the execution of contracts.
