Standard Bank opens Digital Kiosk at Belas Shopping

The Belas Shopping shopping center, in Luanda, now has a 'Digital Kiosk' signed by Standard Bank of Angola. This space consists of an electronic point, with tablet access, to ensure the provision of information and make the services provided by the bank in the 'SB24' application more accessible.

:

“Our main objective is to offer an interactive and efficient experience to customers and users of the platform, provide information and ensure that transactions are carried out in a safe, easy and autonomous way”, explains Cláudia Viana, executive director of Individual and Private Banking of SBA, in a statement sent to VerAngola.

The SBA Quiosque Digital was born in the former Shoprite Belas agency, and its benefits include self-service - allowing customers to carry out their own transactions - and the speed of the process.

The electronic service point allows you to reduce waiting times at branches and call centers, improving service and information for joining the platform.

The services available at the SBA Quiosque Digital are subscription and reset to the SB24 service, account consultations and transactions available at SB24, an ATM deposit machine, and a manager to provide support and guarantee the usual counter requests.

Present at the inauguration event of the SBA Quiosque Digital were Marioneth Cristóvão, deputy municipal administrator for the Financial and Budget Area, Edna Paulo, deputy general director of Belas Shopping and Adilson Vunge, financial director of Belas Shopping.
