Ticket price on the Cabinda-Soyo sea route drops from 15 to 12 thousand kwanzas this month

Tickets on the Cabinda-Soyo sea route will be cheaper during the month of December. In this way, Secil Marítima decided to reduce tariffs from 15,000 to 12,000 kwanzas, in a promotion that started last Friday, December 16th, and will continue until the end of this month.

This measure aims to decongest the number of people and goods that intend to visit family during the festive season, as informed by Paulo Francisco, responsible for the commercial area at Secil Marítima in Cabinda, cited by Angop.

Having started last Friday (December 16), the promotion will last until the end of this month, highlighting, according to Angop, some benefits, namely with regard to the increase in kilograms of luggage per passenger (up from 40 to 50 kilograms) as well as the increase in the number of journeys in the normal route from two to three, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

It should be recalled that the inaugural trip between Cabinda and Soyo, by catamaran – with capacity for 275 people and a trip that lasts approximately two hours – took place in April this year with 40 people on board. Currently, this route serves more than 200 people.
