The registration for the competition began this Thursday at the municipal administration of Viana da Juventude e Desportos and at the Luanda Provincial Association of Cycling, he said.
The municipality of Viana is composed by the districts of Zango, kikuxi, Estalagem, Vila Flor, Viana Sede, Baia and the Calumbo Commune and was founded on December 13, 1965.
