Franco Mufinda said that with data from the last 24 hours, the country totaled 16,484 cases, 382 deaths, 9266 considered recovered and 6836 active, of which six are in critical condition, four severe, 82 moderate, 131 mild and 6613 asymptomatic.
The treatment centers are following 223 patients, minus one in comparison to Wednesday.
"We were able to process 2751 samples, of which 77 were positive, giving us a daily positivity rate of 2.7 percent," said Franco Mufinda, pointing out that the cumulative figure is 280,128 samples processed to date, of which 16,484 are positive, representing a cumulative positivity rate of 5.9 percent.
Regarding testing at entry and exit points in the province of Luanda, still in health fence, Franco Mufinda reported that 1371 people were tested, 1164 male and 207 female.
Of the number tested, 107 were reactive, demonstrating an exposure rate of 7.8 percent, the governor said.
Subsequently, "the antigen base was tested at the same points and we found two positive cases, which leads us to have a positivity rate of 1.9 percent, an expression that there are exports of cases through the health fence and control is required at these points of exit and entry to Luanda," he said.
