World Roller Hockey World: Angola loses again but guarantees qualification for the quarter-finals

The senior national team of men's hockey losing for the second time in the world championship, this time against Spain, but manages to move on in the competition.


The match, which took place at the Aldo Cantoni Pavilion in San Juan, Argentina, ended with a result of five balls to one in favor of the Spaniards.

The only national goal was scored by Matin Payero, still in the first 25 minutes of the game.

In the group stage, in which he was inserted in Group B, Angola adds only one victory against Mozambique on the inaugural journey, and two losses, in games with the Argentine hostess and Spain.

Still, the national team advances to the FINAL ROOMS, being third qualified from Group B and facing Italy, second-ranked group A.
