João Lourenço reappoints Ganga Júnior to the position of PCA of Endiama

José Manuel Ganga Júnior was reappointed this Friday by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, to the position of chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of Empresa de Diamantes de Angola (Endiama).

According to a note from the Presidency, to which VerAngola had access, in a first decree, João Lourenço declared "the end of the term" of Ganga Júnior as PCA of the company, of Laureano Receado Paulo, of Ana Maria Feijó Bartolomeu, by Osvaldo Jorge Campos Van Dúnem and Joaquim Filipe Luís as executive directors and by Santana André Pitra as non-executive director.

Subsequently, in a second dispatch, the head of state appointed Ganga Júnior as PCA of Endiama.

Laureano Receado Paulo, Ana Maria Feijó Bartolomeu, Teófilo Assunção Rodrigues Chifunga and Domingos Mateus dos Santos Neves Margarida were also appointed as executive directors.

Santana André Pitra and Ngola Kabangu were appointed as non-executive directors.

Just this Friday, the head of state also reappointed Sodiam's Board of Directors.

According to the document, João Lourenço appointed Eugénio Pereira Bravo as chairman of the Board of Directors and Fernando Teixeira da Fonseca Amaral and José das Neves Gonçalves Silva as directors.

In a previous dispatch, the President "ended the term" of Eugénio Pereira Bravo, Fernando Teixeira da Fonseca Amaral and José das Neves Gonçalves Silva as PCA and directors of the company, respectively.
