Luanda governor appoints municipal administrators and directors of IPGUL

The governor of Luanda province, Manuel Homem, this Tuesday appointed new municipal administrators and directors of the Institute of Planning and Urban Management of Luanda (IPGUL).

According to a statement from the Government of the Province of Luanda (GPL), to which VerAngola had access, Naulila Masisa Fernandes André, Auzílio de Oliveira Martins Jacob and Miguel Silva de Almeida were appointed to the positions of administrators of the municipalities of Kilamba Kiaxi, Cacuaco and Belas, respectively.

Demétrio António Brás de Sepúlveda was appointed as administrator of the municipality of Viana, while Nelson Lopes Funete will occupy the position of administrator of the municipality of Icolo e Bengo.

The list of appointments also includes the names of Elisabete de Fátima da Fonseca Tavares de Matos Rafael, Rui José Duarte and Tomás Bica Mumbundo, for administrators of the municipalities of Quiçama, Talatona and Cazenga, respectively.

Also in the same document, Manuel Homem also appointed Osvaldo da Silva Rocha Lima Monteiro Fortes as director-general of the Institute of Urban Planning and Management of Luanda and Maria Rosa Beteca António as deputy director-general of IPGUL.
