According to Angop, the decision was agreed on this Wednesday, November 3, by the Conference of Presidents of the Parliamentary Groups.
After having recently delivered the document to the president of the National Assembly, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, the minister of State for Economic Coordination, Manuel Nunes Júnior, stated that the proposal is balanced, non-deficit and with a zero balance, writes Angop.
The document forecasts income and expenses in the amount of around 18.8 billion kwanzas. The proposal highlights the social sector, which will absorb 18.6 percent of total expenditure, which translates into an increase of 24.7 percent compared to the previous State Budget.
The proposal also foresees a growth in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) next year, in the order of 2.4 percent and a reference price of 59 dollars for a barrel of oil.
Once approved in general, the proposal will be sent to the specialized commissions of the National Assembly.
