The CCX-TRIPTIKUM exhibition brings together works by Angolan painters António Ole, Carlos Vilar and Mário Tendinha and will be on display at the Angola Artists Gallery, a new space in Lisbon dedicated to Angolan art, which opens on the same day as this exhibition.

The public will be able to admire works in various formats, such as painting, mostly mixed technique, as well as oil and acrylic on canvas, and in some cases paper, brush and spatula, but also drawing with markers and various scratching materials that "give some drama and texture to the pieces", in addition to raw photography.

"All the pieces tell the stories, lives and problems of Angolan society. There are landscapes, people, animals and lots of color, in strong and warm tones, that immediately transport those who see them to Africa", reads the presentation of the exhibition.

António Ole was born in Luanda, Mário Tendinha in Moçâmedes and Carlos Vilar in Lisbon, having moved to Angola in the first months of his life.
