Allocation of Surface Rights and land registration are transferred to the GPL

The attribution of Surface Rights and registration of land with dimensions greater than 1000 square meters, becomes the responsibility of the Government of the Province of Luanda (GPL).

:

The decision was taken this Thursday, during the 10th Ordinary Session of the GPL, for the month of September, which took place in the main hall, led by the Governor of Luanda Province, Ana Paula de Carvalho.

Among the topics covered, we highlight the Procedures for the Land Concession and Registration Process, as well as the attribution of Surface Rights, previously issued by the Legal Office and now being the responsibility of the Provincial Infrastructure Office, especially for land with dimensions greater than 1000 square meters.

A GPL communiqué to which VerAngola had access also mentions that, during the Session, the Master Plan of the Municipality of Icolo-Bengo was also presented and approved, which defines the strategic lines of development of that district, and foresees the implementation of Poles of Industrial and Agricultural Development, as well as the construction of road and railway lines.

The session also analyzed the balance of revenue collection for the month of September, the Intervention Plan on Neglected Tropical Diseases, and the Preliminary Balance Sheet for the Beginning of Academic Year 2021/2022.

Information on urban road transport means made available to operators in Luanda and the celebrations on November 11, National Independence Day, were the last points presented and discussed in this session of the Government of the Province of Luanda.
