According to the BCI PCA, the objective of this initiative is to promote academic quality in the country's universities, in order to prepare students to face the challenges of national development.
Quoted by Angop, he added that 200 scholarships will be made available per year for public and private higher education institutions in the country, in Economics, Law, Agronomy and Medicine courses.
The rector of ULAN praised the bank's initiative, highlighting that it will motivate students to make more effort to achieve excellence, as well as mentioning that the bank's help will reduce the financial problems that students face come across throughout training and encourage scientific research.
On the occasion, he also took the opportunity to encourage students, especially those experiencing economic difficulties due to the lack of a source of income, to take advantage of the program, writes Angop.
