The conditions cover all fans who go to this area of Luanda to support the national team in the game against Niger, a match referring to the 3rd round of Group F qualifying for the African Cup of Nations – CAN 2025, which will be held in Morocco.
This is an initiative of the Provincial Government of Luanda (GPL) which held a consultation meeting this Wednesday to adjust details. At the meeting, lighting and public safety issues were addressed, "and mechanisms were defined to guarantee the best conditions for the massive participation of the 12th player", says the GPL.
This Friday's game has a scheduled start time of 8pm, with the gates of the 11 de Novembro stadium opening at 5pm. An attendance of 45,000 fans is expected, with ticket prices starting at 500 kwanzas.
