Ukrainian Foreign Minister visits Angola to consolidate support

The Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs will visit Angola this week as part of a tour of African and Arab countries to promote the peace formula and consolidate humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine.

Andrii Sybiha will visit four Arab and African countries on behalf of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to "promote the Peace Formula, develop political dialogue, consolidate humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine and develop trade and economic cooperation", according to a press release of the Ukrainian ministry.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will visit Angola on October 24th and 25th, the day after visiting Oman, and talks are planned with several senior Angolan officials and a meeting with Ukrainians living in Angola.

On October 27th and 28th, Andrii Sybiga travels to South Africa where he will meet with South African authorities, businesspeople, important experts and the Ukrainian community in Johannesburg.

Before that, on October 26, the minister will pay a visit to Egypt, with talks with senior officials and the leadership of the League of Arab States on the agenda.
