According to the spokesperson for the CSMJ permanent commission, Correia Barros, candidates for vacancies must be legal judges, with at least five years of experience, according to CSMJ regulations.
Correia Bartolomeu, who was speaking to the press, said that the opening of the public competition comes at a time when the inauguration of the Court of Appeal in the province of Uíge is expected soon.
"This competition is justified by the fact that the Uíge Court of Appeal will be inaugurated in the near future, which will need more than 15 judges", said Correia Barros, highlighting that vacancies are also open in the Courts of Appeal of Luanda, Benguela and Lubango.
According to the spokesperson, the CSMJ Permanent Commission is also evaluating whether to deliberate on the appointment of new vice-president judges of the Courts of Appeal of Luanda, Benguela and Lubango, at the end of their three-year, non-renewable term.
