The company leads the group of intermediation agents responsible for the sale of 30 percent of ENSA's share capital on the Angolan Debt and Stock Exchange (BODIVA), a process conducted within the scope of the Privatization Program for Companies integrated in the public business sector and assets detained by the State, which runs until October 25th. The shares will be sold at a unit price between the minimum value of 6,499.80 kwanzas and the maximum value of 12,499.80 kwanzas.
"ENSA's OPV focuses on 720,000 shares that grant their holders the same rights as the other shares that make up ENSA's capital, representing an excellent investment opportunity. It is the leading company in the growing Angolan insurance ecosystem, with high potential of growth, particularly in the life sector and digitalization of its services, which is underway", declared the CEO.
