The president of the board of directors, Ana Major, the executive president Eduardo Soiren, the executive directors Susana Ramos and Custodia Gabriela, and Rui Correia remain as non-executive director from the previous management.

The board of directors now consists of the president and three non-executive directors, while the executive committee includes the president and six executive directors.

In the statement, the carrier justifies the reinforcement with "the results obtained in the first exercise of the current management team" and the "challenges that the flag company faces in maintaining a prominent place on the African continent".

It also forms part of a package of measures aimed at consolidating and improving the company's financial results, as well as implementing the recently approved measures with a view to its capitalization.

According to the company's latest financial report, the remuneration of social bodies amounted, in 2022, to around 1.8 billion kwanzas.
