Atlântico's automatic card machine “gives” multicaixa cards at any time and autonomously

This Monday, Banco Millennium Atlântico announced the launch of an innovative card machine on the national market. The mechanism allows customers to obtain personalized bank cards any day and at any time, without the need for face-to-face service at bank branches.

In a statement sent to VerAngola, the bank refers to this as a "truly innovative step in the digitalization and autonomy of banking activities", reducing waiting times for service and investing in technology that allows customers to have autonomy in the banking sector.

"We are focused on serving our customers better and better, with excellence and as much convenience as possible, thus simplifying their lives. We have been making significant efforts to contribute to the modernization of the banking sector, taking important steps in its digital transformation, also bringing additional levels of efficiency to the entire economy. The Multicaixa Card Delivery Machines are another example of our commitment, which adds to several innovations that we have launched in recent years", stated Miguel Raposo Alves , CEO of Atlântico.

The self-service solution thus allows the delivery of Multicaixa Cards in a practical, agile, safe and highly available way.

In the first phase, this machine will be available in Luanda, at the bank branch in Cidade Financeira (Talatona), with the implementation of another machine in the Viana area and expansion to other areas of the province of Luanda and to other provinces during 2024.
