According to a statement from TAAG, to which VerAngola had access, the partnership, effective since October this year, allows TAAG passengers "to use the space and amenities of the ANA lounge area at Humberto Delgado airport in Lisbon".
With this partnership, the national airline will move from the "lounge of the airline TAP Air Portugal to the lounge of ANA, the entity responsible for managing Lisbon airport".
This change, the company said, is intended to "continuously improve the travel experience of TAAG passengers and optimize the company's operating costs".
The company informs that passengers traveling in premium classes – business or first class – will have free access to the lounge, as well as "holders of the Umbi Umbi Silver and Umbi Umbi Gold card (in the latter case, the passenger can take a guest)".
The ANA lounge is located "in the commercial area of Terminal 1, in the Schengen area of Lisbon Airport, in an area of about 900 square meters with a panoramic view of the runway, with privileged conditions for passengers to relax, work, access to eating, shower and spa areas or smoking area". In addition, the statement said, this space "offers privacy, comfort and tranquility to passengers, as well as a set of free and pay-per-use services".
TAAG concludes by saying that it remains "faithful to its commitment to continuous improvement and focused on ensuring quality services for its passengers".
