However, for the project - which has the support of the African Confederation (CAT) and the International Federation (ITF) - to get off the ground, a space is needed, to be granted by the authorities, in Luanda, according to Garcia Kiambi, deputy -president of the federation, in declarations to Angop.
The official also said that if they start to own the land, the federation, in collaboration with other companies, should initially build two fields and only then the others, with possible help from the ITF.
The project, he considered, would be an advantage in the goals of the federation, especially with regard to the training of athletes and the implementation of high-level competitions, writes Angop.
According to Angop, at the CAT general assembly (which took place in Ghana and where the country was present) the federation was assured of the construction of the project.
It should be noted that more than 5000 athletes, included in clubs, schools and centers, are controlled by the federation.
