Kero supermarket management enters into negotiations with two candidates in the race

The management of the Kero supermarket chain will soon enter the negotiation phase. According to Patrício Vilar, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute for the Management of State Assets and Participations (IGAPE), negotiations between the organization and the two candidates who are in the race should start at the end of this month.

:

"The selection of the new manager of the Kero hypers and supermarkets network is in sight, having already selected the two candidates who will go to the negotiation stage, from the end of this month of October, in a process that will drag until the beginning of November ", indicated in an interview to TPA and quoted by Angop.

The public tender seeks the transfer of the right to operate and manage Kero supermarkets to a private company, in a ten-year contract, with no purchase option.

It should be recalled that the competition includes 12 stores, eight of which are located in Luanda and four in the provinces of Benguela, Huíla and Huambo, which until now have been managed by Grupo Zahara.
