According to the spokesman for the Luanda Provincial Command of the National Police, inspector Nestor Goubel, the event took place over the weekend, inside the victim's residence, in the Boa Fé neighborhood, Viana municipality, where he met his wife.
"He found his wife at the neighbor's house and after some disagreement, he took up his firearm and fired at point-blank range, shooting the neighbor who died immediately," said the police officer.
The accused, said Nestor Goubel, "will have fired some shots, in the sequence, which caused injuries to three more people who were promptly rescued at the hospital".
"At this moment, steps are underway to recover the aforementioned weapon, he is already in custody and will be presented to the Public Ministry for legal proceedings", assured the spokesman for the corporation in Luanda.
