The document defines, in terms of income and expenses, a global value of 18.7 billion kwanzas.
According to Jornal de Angola, the proposal estimates that the social sector will have a share in the 2022 State Budget of about 36.9 percent of the primary fiscal expenditure, corresponding to 18.6 percent of the total expenditure, thus registering an increase of about 24 percent compared to 2021.
It also forecasts an increase of around 2.4 percent in the Gross Domestic Product for 2022, and "this growth reflects the positive contributions of the oil and non-oil sector", writes Jornal de Angola.
According to TPA, cited by Jornal de Angola, the proposal for the 2022 State Budget should still be submitted to the National Assembly.
